Sam has trained over thirty teachers and educators to deliver his 3B programme of Boost, Believe and Breakthrough in order to bring coaching to more students and help more young people. As an experienced speaker, Sam shares his passion for coaching, education and teaching with diverse audiences across the world.

This chat is honest, real and insightful.  When coaching for emotional well being, Sam advises us to use the "3-A's":

• AWARENESS : Becoming more aware of what we need to do to gain confidence
• ACTION : Changing behaviours
• ACCOUNTABLE : Hold yourself accountable to follow through.

He also offers advice for educators who want to help students, by

• Listening to the student with your heart and listen to fully understand
• Asking powerful questions that start with "what", "how" and "why" to help the student develop their own insight.
• Not  just sharing  advice, but also asking what action steps YOU can take to move your coaching forward.
